Construction

BN&F provides transaction and litigation counseling with regard to construction agreements, contract document analysis and insurance and surety bond coverages as well as representation in connection with mechanics lien, State and Federal performance and payment bond matters and construction claims. We provide counsel and services to owners, general contractors and subcontractors with regard to both the private and public construction sectors. We have resolved and litigated on behalf of our clients claims relating to project delays and scope of work, construction defects and design and extras and change orders.
