Lynn Lucchese-Soto
Executive VP and COO

Lynn was raised in the northern suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. She attended Loyola University where she double majored in psychology and political science, receiving her B.S in 1976. In 1979, she graduated from DePaul University College of Law. While in law school, she worked at the DePaul Legal Clinic and through the Women's Bar Association, mentored a visually impaired law student.

Lynn joined Berger, Newmark & Fenchel P.C. in 1981. She currently is the Chairperson of the Banking Department and a member of the Labor and Employment group. Lynn serves as a director of the firm as well as a Vice President.

Lynn's practice of law involves representing financial institutions and all types of entities in financial and commercial transactions. In addition, her practice includes the representation of clients in all aspects of employer and employee relations including employment discrimination, unfair labor practice litigation, policy review and strategic planning. During her career she has practiced in both State and Federal Courts and various Administrative Agencies (Local, State and Federal).

Lynn is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois Bar Association. She also serves on the Local School Counsel of a Chicago Public School and chairs the technology and budget committee. In addition, she provides pro bono legal services advocating for children with learning disabilities.

Lynn and her husband Bob reside in Chicago with their five children and three dogs.
