Frank Davenport
Frank grew up in the northwest suburbs of
Chicago and in southeastern Wisconsin. After attending Culver
Military Academy in Culver, Indiana, he attended the University of
Kansas where he received a B.A.S. in urban affairs in 1979. After
spending 10 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry he
went back to school and received a J.D. from The John Marshall Law
School in 1993. Frank joined the firm in 1998 and has served in its litigation
department since his arrival. His expertise is in all aspects of
commercial litigation including mechanic's lien claims. Frank is the firm representative to the Association of
Subcontractors & Affiliates (ASA Chicago) and serves on its
Education Committee and Professional Counsel. He is also a member
of the Illinois Bar Association and the Association of Trial
Lawyers of America (ALTA). Frank lectures on aspects of
construction law. In his free time Frank sails competitively, racing C scows
throughout the Midwest, while his wife, Julie, competes in
dressage. |
